Net+Effects, Inc.

Net+Effects Background

Net+Effects was formed in 1993 as a partnership to help startup companies rich in technical talent and at least one shippable product, but not as rich in marketing talent, to enhance their market position. Early client companies were focused in the communications and imaging markets. In 1994 the principals each had distinctly separate experiences involving the Internet which led them to consider a change in direction to focusing more strongly on the Internet as a market.

The mission of Net+Effects is to help other companies and organizations to become effective in their use of the Internet. While many consulting organizations have similar mission statements, Net+Effects achieves their mission through product and service delivery. We provide turnkey servers and services that help our customers achieve their objectives on the Internet.

The initial product focused on systems for publishing information on the Internet and WWW (World Wide Web). In April 1995 a second set of turnkey products were introduced to set up Internet Access Service Providers.
